- John B. Rosenman is an English professor at Norfolk State University and the author of three published full-length works of fiction: the prize-winning The Best Laugh Last, a mainstream novel published by McPherson & Co. in 1981 and again in 1982; More Stately Mansions: The Selected Works of John B. Rosenman, a collection of reprint SF/F stories by Dark Regions Press in 1999; and Beyond Those Distant Stars, released by NovelBooks, Inc. in 2003. Beyond Those Distant Stars, a science-fiction space opera, will be republished in January 2007 by Mundania Press. He has begun a sequel to this novel, titled Star Warrior. Having saved humanity from ruthless and mysterious alien invades, can Stella McMasters, a cyborg human, save the Empire from her own enemies?
Rosenman has published 300 short stories and 75 poems.
